🌊 PETG Shipment Update – The Typhoon That Tried to Stop Your Filament

Hey legends,

We wanted to give you a quick update (and an honest one) on why our PETG stock has been fashionably late to the party.

Our latest shipment reached Nansha Port on September 5th, ready to make its way to Brisbane. Normally, this leg of the journey takes about 12 days, smooth sailing, literally. But this time, Mother Nature had other plans.

A typhoon hit the region, throwing a big spanner into the shipping schedule. Ports were closed, vessels were delayed, and our poor PETG sat at the dock twiddling its spools. The shipment finally departed on September 23rd, which explains why this batch has taken far longer than expected to reach us.

We completely understand the frustration, we feel it too. We know many of you have been waiting to top up your PETG stock, and we’re truly sorry for the delay. The moment it lands, it’ll be unpacked, checked, and ready to ship straight to your printers.

Thanks heaps for your patience and understanding, and for sticking with us through both calm seas and typhoons. 🌪️

Stay tuned for updates, and as always, happy printing!

The Zextrude Team
