At Zextrude, we’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price.
Processing Times
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Australia Post (AusPost)
- All Australia Post parcels include tracking and insurance.
Authority to Leave (Sendle & Aramex)
If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL) shipping with Sendle or Aramex, the parcel may be left unattended at your delivery address. Please note that Zextrude is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier. We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen or missing parcels under ATL delivery. Selecting this option is done at your own risk.
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
- Express shipping usually arrives within 1–3 business days.
- Remote or regional areas may take longer.
Tracking
- All orders include tracking details, provided via email once dispatched.
- You can track your order directly with the courier using the tracking number supplied.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes for bulk/commercial orders.
Damages or Missing Parcels (AusPost)
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
- Zextrude is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier, but we’ll do our best to help you lodge a claim if needed.
