Refund & Returns Policy
At Zextrude, we are committed to delivering high-quality 3D printer filament and providing a positive customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refund policy is outlined below.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
- The item is in a resellable condition;
- Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or tax invoice).
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@zextrude.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).
- Refunds may be refused if the item has been used, damaged, or returned in an unsellable condition.
Exchanges and Replacements
We offer replacements or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@zextrude.com.au with detailed information and photographs of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used filament;
- Sale or clearance items;
- Custom or special-order products.
Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable postal service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
